EUO provides application support and maintenance of the Maersk HRAPP system from the European development center.
Extensive code reviews and full system testing removed all identifiable defects and hard coded elements. Additional enhancements are added on request.
Each request for a new feature or change is evaluated and EUO prepares a ‘Not to Exceed’ time estimate, which is either approved or shelved.
EUO also provides Tier Two incident support for the HRAPP. Problems reported to the Maersk Help-Desk regarding the HRAPP application functions are routed to our Maersk Contact who then opens an incident with us in CTPS. Our group provides patches that are installed by the hosting group.
